The Winery

Between the Maures and the Estérel,
once upon a time there was Blavet...

The Domaine du Blavet, a family property created in 1900, is located in the town of Roquebrune sur Argens. Its thirteen-hectare vineyard, located between the Maures chain and the Estérel massif, benefits from maritime entrances from the Mediterranean.

It is planted with a traditional grape variety: Grenache noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cinsault, Chardonnay. The grape harvests are carried out in the best conditions (maturity and health), to facilitate winemaking.

We offer our customers Côtes de Provence and IGP du Var (Protected Geographical Origin) in red, rosé and white, made with the different grape varieties of the vineyard, harvested at good maturity for vinification in the best conditions.

Rosé wine represents more than half of our production. It is vinified at low temperature, in order to preserve all the aromas.

Part of the red, rosé and white harvest is bottled, after having undergone the beneficial effect of winter in the cellar.

A few hectoliters of Côte de Provence in red and white were aged in oak barrels to produce a superior vintage.

A Sustainable Approach

Our objective: to implement and obtain the Organic label in the medium term.

For this we favor natural treatments and the use of non-mechanized methods.
